Our Reverie Sauna sessions combine chromotherapy, infrared heat, medical-grade red light and LED light wavelengths to support whole-body healing and recovery. This state-of -the-art technology is non-invasive, penetrates deep into tissues to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, relieve pain, accelerate wound healing, and improve muscle and cognitive recovery. Infrared also aids in detoxification, supports metabolism, lowers blood pressure, eases muscle tension, and promotes better sleep by resetting circadian rhythms and improving mood regulation.
The Reverie Sauna sessions can be paired with cold immersion in our Reverie Contrast Therapy Ice Bath.

The Reverie Automated Tan Booth will create your desired tan during your completely private and contactless experience. With a treatment time of 4 minutes and 12 shades to choose from, including a revolutionary clear-to-bronze spray tan, our advanced automated tanning system delivers a natural, flawless-looking tan every time. After your tan, the tan booth will also then clean itself, ready for the next client. Super convenient, completely private and hygienic.

Cassandra Smith
With nearly two decades in medical aesthetics and beauty, Cassandra’s approach has always been deeply personal. A qualified skin therapist with advanced training in dermal science and cosmetic chemistry, massage and somatic therapies, she successfully owned and operated three medical aesthetics clinics over ten years.
After selling her businesses, a quieter question emerged: What does it mean to be well? Years of managing chronic pain and the pressures of a high-performance career sparked a shift – from a constant rush to embracing restoration. Wellness, once a post-burnout remedy, became a daily ritual.
This philosophy led to the creation of Reverie – Australia’s first 24/7, self-guided wellness sanctuary. As co-founder, wellness consultant and somatic facialist, Cassandra offers intentional, clinically grounded treatments designed to support deep, systemic rest – for the skin, body and mind.

You’ll use the Reverie booking and access app. After your booking is made, you’ll receive an email with a link to download the app. Once set up, you’ll have Bluetooth entry to the building and your suite will unlock at the exact time of your session. A full step-by-step guide is sent in your welcome email, and you can also see more information on our Instagram @reverie_cbr.
Each booking includes full private use of your chosen suite, fresh towels, and everything you need for your treatment. Your welcome email explains what to expect so you can enjoy your session with ease.
No. Towels, water, and amenities are provided. You’re welcome to bring personal items such as swimwear, skincare, a drink bottle, or a change of clothes if you prefer. Many guests also bring a good book or plan a guided meditation to enjoy during their sauna session.
Our Ultimate ongoing weekly Membership gives you daily wellness sessions for less than $10 a day. We also offer Tan ongoing Memberships and Wellness ongoing Memberships, all billed weekly, with a minimum term of only two weeks. Ongoing weekly Memberships can be managed or cancelled anytime in the Reverie booking and access app.
Yes – but only for Sauna or Contrast Therapy sessions. Reverie is designed to be autonomous and private, so guests are not permitted for other treatments. For the safety of all members, each guest must create their own account, provide photo identification, and be booked in under their own name.
Reverie is a contactless space. Our team isn’t always on site, but support is available via the Reverie Assist number, listed in your suite and in your welcome email. For safety, emergency buzzers are also located in every room.
For healthy adults, daily use of infrared sauna or dry float is safe when hydration is maintained. LED light therapy is best used up to twice a week. If you have health concerns, please consult your healthcare professional before use.
Reverie Tan is our private, automated tanning booth, using premium vegan tanning solutions designed for a natural, even glow. You can also add a skincare primer to prepare and hydrate your skin before your tan. Everything you need is provided in the suite, and your session takes less than five minutes from start to finish.
Yes. Our Reverie Tan is considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We recommend speaking with your healthcare provider first before booking.
