Wellness Your Way
For a long time, wellness has been something we try to fit in.
Booked weeks in advance.
Rushed between commitments.
Squeezed into hours that don’t always reflect how we actually live.
And more often than not, it becomes another thing on the list.
Reverie was created as a response to that.
A quiet reimagining of what wellness could look like if it truly met you where you are.
Why we started Reverie
Reverie didn’t begin as a business idea. It began as a feeling.
A quiet recognition that the way we were experiencing wellness, and watching others experience it, wasn’t quite working anymore.
Between us, we’ve spent decades inside the beauty and wellness industry. We’ve seen the best of it. Care that is thoughtful, results-driven and deeply impactful. But we’ve also seen how easily it becomes structured, scheduled and, at times, disconnected from real life.
Wellness often happens in appointments. In fixed time slots. In environments where you are being guided, observed, or expected to follow a set path.
And while there is value in that, it doesn’t always leave space for what people actually need.
What we both kept coming back to was this:
People don’t need more structure around their wellness.
They need more access.
Access to spaces that feel calm, private and supportive.
Access to tools that can be used when they are actually needed.
Access to premium wellness equipment, delivered in a self-guided way.
Care that doesn’t require you to rearrange your life to receive it.
So we created Reverie.
What “Wellness Your Way” actually means
“Wellness your way” isn’t a tagline.
It’s permission.
Permission to step away from rigid routines and instead respond to what your body needs, in real time.
Wellness for you might look like a sauna at 6am before the day begins.
Or a dry float at 9pm when everything finally slows down.
A quiet reset in the middle of a full, overwhelming week.
Or a fully automated spray tan, just before your next holiday or event.
At Reverie, there are no waiting rooms.
No pressure.
No expectations.
Just private, self-guided spaces designed to support you in whatever way you need that day.
Because for some people, wellness is recovery.
For others, it’s performance and pause.
And for many, it’s simply a moment to reconnect with themselves and deeply rest.
We built Reverie to hold all of that.
The idea behind Reverie
The word reverie means to take a moment out of your day, to daydream.
A moment of being lost in thought.
That feeling became our blueprint.
We wanted to create a space that felt intuitive, calm and quietly supportive.
Somewhere you could move between heat, cold, light and rest, not as a strict protocol, but as a personal rhythm.
A space that reflects how people actually live now.
Shift workers.
Parents.
Business owners.
People navigating full lives, complex health, or simply needing somewhere to rest where you don’t have to be ‘on’, or fit into someone else’s schedule.
Reverie was designed for all of it.
Accessible 24 hours a day.
Private.
Contactless.
Since opening
When we opened Reverie, we hoped it would resonate.
What we didn’t expect was just how deeply it would.
To see people build Reverie into their weekly rhythm.
To hear how it’s supporting sleep, recovery, skin and nervous system regulation.
To watch this idea move from something conceptual into something lived.
It’s been incredibly grounding.
Reverie was always designed to feel personal.
And now, it belongs to the people who use it.
What comes next
We see Reverie as just the beginning.
A foundation for a new kind of wellness model.
One that is flexible, private, and built around real life.
As we grow, we’re continuing to expand what Reverie can offer, through new technologies and locations, new practitioners, and experiences that support deeper, more personalised care.
But at its core, nothing changes.
Reverie will always be a space that meets you where you are, and allows you to rest on your terms.
Wellness isn’t something you earn.
It isn’t something you perfect.
It’s something you return to.
Again and again.
This is Reverie
This is wellness your way.
